All our plans are personalised to our clients needs so the number of visits depend on your requirements.

How long do visits normally last?
Our visits usually last from 30 mins to 1 hour. This includes feeding, light groomimg, any medication, playing and attention, household checks and completion of a daily repot for you to view online.

Do I have to sign a contract?
Yes, we need a signed statement that you agree to let us into your home to care for your animals. We also need confirmation that you agree to our policies and procedures.

Do you take my dog walking if it is raining?
Believe it or not dogs love the rain!! We will walk your dogs in anyweather and will even give them a rub down so thay are clean and dry when they are back in your house.
